SHIPPING POLICY

Being a specialty small batch roaster, all orders are produced on an order by order basis to ensure
freshness and quality.

We make every effort to have your order in your hands just as quickly as humanly possible; generally, 7
days from the date we receive & confirm your order.

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

As a general practice we ship USPS using their single rate shipping options.

In those instances where USPS does not deliver to your address, OR does not provide a shipping option
due to weight we will look to UPS and/or FedEx for alternative shipping options to lock in the most cost
effective shipping option for your order.
