WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY

It was nice meeting you in person in North Conway a couple of weeks back. I bought a bag of the Brazil Cerrado Light Roast whole bean coffee. We are a few cups in and enjoying it. It’s different from our usual coffee choices. ………….. There’s plenty of body, so a faster pour will still be a nice cup……………… Best to me as it cools a bit and a little nuttier acidity comes out. One unusual observation, the aroma from the spent grinds is really pleasing……….. At 198F this morning using same ratio and a very slightly coarser grind (7.2 on the Ode with SSP burrs). It reduced the more forward flavors earthiness/nuttiness and made the brew a little sweeter with a hint of fruit.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

I bought your coffee at the craft fair in Wolfboro yesterday. This morning’s cup was terrific, very smooth and tasty and I took your advice of waiting 5 minutes before drinking.

Susan

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

We tasted the sample of Brazil Cerrado that you gave us at last weekend’s Cottage Place fair and found it delicious! Although it is called a medium roast, it was quite full-flavored, with no bitterness, and not too acidic. We liked it very much.    - B. Adams

I like my coffee a little strong and the flavor is so rich!
